Welcome to Kids Mall Oman. By visiting our facilities or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Kids Mall

Kids Mall is a family entertainment center located in Barka and Sohar, Sultanate of Oman, offering indoor playground areas, arcade games, rides, food courts, and related family services.

2. Entry & Conduct

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.
• Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward staff and other guests.
• Kids Mall reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
• Outside food and beverages may not be permitted; please check with staff.

3. Safety

• All visitors use our facilities at their own risk. Please follow posted safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
• Certain rides and games have height, weight, or age restrictions which must be respected.
• Socks are required in soft play areas.
• Kids Mall is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Game prices range from 200 Baisa to 3 OMR per game and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is accepted in cash and major card networks.
• Game credits, tokens, and tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.

5. Lost or Stolen Items

Kids Mall is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged on our premises. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

6. Photography

• You may take photos for personal use within our facilities.
• Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission.
• By visiting, you acknowledge that our facilities are monitored by CCTV and that we may occasionally photograph events for promotional use.

7. Bookings & Cancellations

Birthday party and group event bookings may require a deposit. Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Please contact us for full details.

8. WhatsApp & Marketing Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive promotional and informational messages from Kids Mall Oman. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

9. Website Use

10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Oman.
